For the past year, we’ve been quietly but deliberately shaping MKEL behind the scenes. While the world hasn’t seen much of us yet, we’ve been obsessing over every detail—sketching, testing, and refining our designs, experimenting with materials, and pushing our manufacturing processes to find that perfect balance of strength, quality, and finish. We’re exploring how craftsmanship, design, and purpose can come together in products that feel alive. This phase of our journey is about discovery—embracing trial and error, learning from what doesn’t work, and getting better every day. It’s what startups are supposed to be: bold, hands-on, a little restless, and deeply passionate about the things we build.

Touring and expedition kayaks are finalized through prototype testing and tooling development.

Serial production of MKEL's kayak range commences, marking the company's manufacturing launch.

Engineering, design validation, and performance analysis for the Valor 27 are finalized.
